We offer deliverys monday to saturday and we can offer guaranteed am/pm delivery times subject to availability. For orders that require a delivery outside of our normal delivery area, please contact a member of staff to obtain a quote.
Faulty Goods and Returns
In the unlikely event of you having a product that is faulty under the manufacturers guarantee, you should contact us on 01633 240933 to report the fault and a member of staff will arrange for the manufacturers engineer to call to your house to resolve the issue or in the case of most "Brown Goods" we will be able to resolve the issue ourselves with our own service engineers and workshop. Please ensure you have the model number and the date of purchase to hand as we will require this information to book the service call. If the item is not repairable then an exchange will be offered to the buyer as long as the service engineer has deemed the product as unrepairable. Before contacting us to report a fault we strongly recommend that you first consult the instruction booklet that came with your product as it is our experience that many faults can be resolved this way.
In House Repairs
For items that are booked into our workshop for repair, we take a £20 deposit. This is a charge we levy for looking at the item and estimating it for repair. If the item is not worth repairing or is unable to be repaired then the deposit is non refundable. If the item is repaired then the deposit is deducted from the final bill.
