We always offer a click and collect service for our customers, even during a lockdown, simply purchase the item as normal on the website and select the option for click and collect when you check out. We will contact you ASAP to organise the collection with you and give you full instructions etc. The stock can only be held for you for 24 hours without being paid for. If the item(s) are paid for we can hold them for you for up to 14 days.

How to find us:

If you are collecting from the Newport store, we are on  Mendalgief Retail Park Newport, NP20 2NY close to Argos/Tk Maxx. In Abergavenny it is 25 Cross Street just up from the bus station on the left hand side. If there is a lockdown in place at the time of your order, you will need to call 01633 262309 in Newport or 01873 854729 in Abergavenny to advise you are outside and we will open the doors and give you your item.
