The attractive frameless screen, made of aluminium alloy, appears to float above the surface on which it is supported. Perfect Sound

The goal when building the audio system was to to combine elegant aesthetics with functionality. Clear, undistorted sound is provided via the front speaker grille. We developed a special two-way audio system with front-firing midrange and treble, down-firing bass, and Harman/Kardon. The high tones ensure that speech is heard clearly, while the low tones, which are reflected from the surface on which the TV is mounted, provide you with a resonant, roomy background soundtrack. All of this is contained in casings with a capacity of almost 500 ccm per channel, which is incredibly unusual in the television industry. Additionally, the amplifier's improved power supply allowed for a harmonic distortion ratio (THD) of about 1%, which is ten times lower than solutions used in conventional TVs.

Brilliant Colours

The brand-new Sharp EQ series makes use of an ultra-modern VA LCD matrix with a Quantum Dot (Quantum Colour) layer and direct LED backlighting. It offers the broadest colour reproduction range currently offered in LCD TVs. This results in flawless colour reproduction of not only the image's most saturated areas, but also greatly improved tonal transitions, which accurately reproduce colours and skin tones as well as the subtleties of a blue sky or the greens of an ocean.
